We offer a wide range of electives to enrich our students' educational experience:
Elementary Electives
- Art: Students explore various art mediums and techniques, encouraging creativity and self-expression.
- PE: Physical education promotes fitness, teamwork, and healthy habits.
- Performing Arts: This program is a cornerstone of our academy, featuring two major events annually—the Christmas presentation and the Talent Show. These events showcase our students' talents in screenwriting, acting, singing, dancing, stage production, marketing, and media production. Thousands attend these highly anticipated productions, which include song, acting, lights, videos, animation, special effects, and surprises. These events also serve as fundraisers for CCCAP's mission sponsorship, "Oasis en el Desierto," supporting an orphanage, refuge center, cancer patient family house, and humanitarian mission in Ecuador.
Secondary Electives
- STEM: Focused on science, technology, engineering, and math, preparing students for future careers in these fields.
- Physical Education: Promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle habits through diverse and engaging activities.
- Spanish and ASL: Language programs that enhance communication skills and cultural understanding.
- Fine Arts: Encourages artistic expression through various mediums and techniques.
- College and Career Prep: Equips students with the skills and knowledge needed for post-secondary success.
- Creative Media Program: A unique program where students learn live production, marketing, photography, videography, and participate in senior internships. Students manage the SWAG Media team, running live productions for school events like the annual Christmas presentation, Talent Show, Multicultural Day, and weekly chapels. They also participate in Calvario Church’s Media team, gaining real-world experience.
